In-Stock Items

• Ship within 1 to 6 business days
• Once shipped, your jewelry will arrive in 2 business days via UPS 2nd Day Air®
• You will receive an email with tracking details once your order ships

Made-to-Order Items

• Most pieces are crafted to order and take about 10 business days before shipping
• Once complete, your order will ship free via UPS 2nd Day Air®
• You will receive an estimated shipping date in your order confirmation email

Shipping Policies

• Signature required for all deliveries
• We do not ship to P.O. boxes; only physical home or business addresses
• Once an order is placed, shipping addresses cannot be changed
• UPS will attempt delivery three times before returning the package to Vincent John Jewelers
• We are not responsible for carrier delays or weather-related issues
